Amazing that it is Thursday already.

I had a seminar at work today. It was a 'lunch seminar' so I fretted all morning about what they would provide (and could I make it fit within my daily intake). I was able to get a workout in with my personal trainer before the seminar. Lunch turned out to be catered by our local Mexican favorite. I opted out of the tortilla chips and cookies and stuck to their half-size burrito and salad. I ate pretty light yesterday so I'm sure I'll be fine.

Great workout at the gym. So glad I was able to fit that it as I'm not myself if I don't get that done. Core and lower body today...and loved it!
I think I found my new favorite warm-up [25-jumping jacks; 30 mountain climbers; 10 burpees; repeat 2 more times]. Always nervous about the day when trainer starts out a session like that...but love the intensity.

Now I'm back to my desk...and sitting the rest of the day. Might need to get out and walk just for the sake of moving. However, I see it is snowing out again.

Snowing? What part of the world are you from? Great choices at lunch, and the workouts of course. You're one badass chick!

Burpees as WARMUP? You're hardcore.

Yuck, snow! Glad you got to do the workout, you're so good. I hate burpees, but love them at the same time. My BIL did some "ninja" burpees and put them on youtube, it was interesting. He's a personal trainer and he posted that to show his clients he has a fun side.

Re: Snow - Yes, it's depressing. I love winter...but this one just won't let go. [Ana please melt Elsa's heart already will ya'?] And Marissa...I think your response summarizes the WTF glance I gave my trainer when he said burpees at warm-up, too. I think he likes to torture me in hopes he'll finally break me LOL. Sadly, I only have a few more weeks with him until I'm on my own...but I think I'm ready.
