Another pound gone. Enjoyed a nice walk last night after it cooled off a bit. The bugs were a bit bothersome, and I realized I better put some reflective items on my person, but I think I could get used to walking in the evening.
Have to have a cavity filled today - boo. Ah well.
Have a good day everyone!

Yeah I am rather happy with my weight graph :-) The dentist visit will be fine I'm guessing. Have to leave in a half hour.

Walking in the evening sounds great. but I go to bed early. I like my walk during the day. I have a couple fillings Monday.yuck!

Sorry, rockytu! I always try to remind myself that I could skip the pain and inconvenience now, but then my teeth would eventually fall out and I'd need to get dentures! I've heard lots of negatives about dentures, so I think I'll keep trying to avoid that, lol! Obviously, we each need to do what works for our schedules and preferences. When it isn't too warm out, I like walking during the day, as well. It is due to get cloudy and cooler today through Monday, so I'll be able to walk whenever I want :-)

David Glen, that's neat! Thanks again, everyone. I feel especially happy about the 1 lb. because of all the junk I have passed up this week :-)

Thanks, gg-girl! Funny, though, as I am eating a donut while reading this! It's alright though. I have been craving it all week and have been good. There was SO much junk food and other food at work this week and I didn't touch a bit of it!

Rockytu, I'm so happy your visit went well. So far, so good for me as well. I don't worry about the actual visit anymore. I worry for the weeks AFTER. The last two procedures I had done (crown and a filling) I ended up with that side of my jaw aching on and off, along with major tooth sensitivity. So far this time, nothing like that is going on. Yay!!

BuffyBear, thanks for the encouragement!
