I have been trying to make better choices, and even went grocery shopping over the weekend. Today I had a great breakfast. Didn’t look great when I first made it but it was delicious. Egg beaters, turkey bacon, and whole wheat thin toast with a little bit of real butter. I loved it and I feel full. I have been doing well at work but I run into problems with snacking when I get home. Wish me luck!
