Fail: I ripped the measuring tape while using it 😂

Win: I completed one month of exercises and dieting!💪🏽

Food (912 cal):
- breakfast: bell pepper, cauliflower, baby carrots, canned tuna and refried beans
- lunch: protein shake, half a costco slice of pepperoni pizza
- dinner: egg whites, bell pepper, cauliflower and onion; whatever could fit on a corn tortilla, the rest eaten like a scrambled medley
138.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
