I forgot my lunch today. Not good but I stopped at McDonald's and ordered their grilled chicken bacon club sandwich and skipped the bread, onions, and most of the special sauce. I tried to enter it but the website for the nutrition had 6 carbs and the way I entered it is a little less. The sandwich was pretty good and I might get it again.
