I wanted to update my journal... I am still on my quick start program... I have added prolessa duo and cell-u-loss to the supplements I am taking... I did eat sweets yesterday... too many... felt really tired this morning... but my weight is still at 179lbs... prolessa duo is for the fat that are on my body to be removed it eats it up over time and also to make me feel full, no snacking... Cell-u-loss takes takes the extra water from the cells that is not needed and sends it out of the body... I am losing inches, but not weight...
