Is there a formal recipe you used? this looks delicious!

Spoonman, I didn't use a recipe. I browned the chicken breast sprinkled with garlic & herbs in my iron skillet, removed it & cut into slices. Added peppers to skillet, sprinkled with more garlic & EB seasoning, put chicken back in to finish cooking. Added onion & tomatos...cooked. Added half a cup of spicy Bloody Mary Mix. Cooked pasta, drained & added a tsp of butter to each bowl. Dished chicken & veggies onto the top of the pasta, sprinkled with parmesan. Note* I brine the chicken in salt water for at least an hour before cooking. Keeps it moist.

Spoonman, thank you for asking and Sherry, thank you for answering. 😊 I figured you didn't use recipes, so thank you for sharing. I cook pretty much the same way, but I don't brine my chicken. I'm thinking that's a game-changer. 😋 SPOONMAN,if you nake this dish, please share it with us here. 😋
