What a week. On the go, every day. No time for exercises this week. But determined to change that over the next few days. Going along steadily. Low calories. Not much fat and only 100g of meat/protein a day. No cordials or coke or energy drinks, because of hidden sugars. Just water and tea and one coffee a day.
It's hard. But it's working. Going to the dietitian again next week.
I use this site and my buddies as well to keep me on track.

222.7 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
