Hello my soulmate, ldvl, friends, buddys, readers...
today was day 2 of my self-inflicted scientific experiment and i am very pleased with the energy i had yesterday at my HIIT cycling class... even the teacher was amazed and asked if i used any drugs (*kidding ofcaurse*) In 15 minutes i can eat, and in 1 hour and 15 minutes i have my upper-body workout... i am looking forward to it, since i really want to try out the dumbell fly and the lateral raises, which are new exercises for me... if the gym is too packed i might not dare to do the dumbell fly (*blush*)
Although i got a compliment the other day from one of the "jocks" in the advanced corner (*BIG BLUSH*) people that read more of my journals KNOW what that MEANS to me...
