Yesterday I was thinking about trying to get my workouts in again. It would just take a little more self discipline. Even though my job is very physical, and in fact I am still sore from working the day before yesterday, my body still feels soft... I don't like that. Also, I really need to strengthen my core, because my back hates me by the end of the workday.
