Well, due to mothers day change in plans yesterday, I had to ditch my crockpot meal and decided to get sushi instead. I recorded all that I ate. While there were tons of calories in the sushi (I even stole 2 of hubby's hot garlic wings), it ended up negated by my walk, and the other lower calories I ate for yesterday.
Still, today it's back on track. I am going to do this!!
