Oh I’m so proud of myself for fasting for my day today. I’m not *loving* my progress. Tut tut, this isn’t easy for me to do. I get triggered to binge eat. I get triggered to yell and scream, to self sabotage. I’m prone to having fits like a child, and it’s never immediately evident that I’m just hangry. So, cheers 🥂 I’m just planning on breaking my fast with a green OMAD of some sort. Chicken. Wild rice.
