Good morning all! I was able to get out on another Sat. morning run with my w/o buddy. We did a run/walk combo (mostly run) for 4 miles in 50 minutes. That averages 12.5 min/mile which is pretty good for walking some of the time counted in there. It's really helping to build up endurance by continuing to keep running. The more often I go, the easier it becomes. The opposite is true to- the less often you go, the harder it is to keep going!
Tonight we will go for dinner and I'm thinking pizza. I will have a good size salad too so I don't eat too much pizza. I am back to eating slowly and deliberately and it seems to be working well and I am enjoying food while I am at it.
