Wow I was shocked to look at my weight history and see I've lost 16 lbs since Feb! I just feel like I'm moving like a snail and haven't lost anything, so that was a nice suprise! In the past when I've lost weight I dropped a big amount quickly, but I gained it right back after a few months, so maybe this slow and steady is what I need to keep doing. I still struggle with the I want it all off right now mentality :/ Also I need to get in the habit of recording my food and exersice. I'm sure there is areas I need to work on like less of certain foods and kicking up the exercise some.

I was going to say you are not eating enough calories, because your food log shows only two days above 1000 calories, but most likely you were busy and did not log all your meals. Keep going! You can do this!

Thanks! Yes, I keep forgetting to log my food lol. I put the fatsecret app on the front of my phone, so now I have no excuse.
