Hi, I have been an up and down in my weight since after giving birth to my fifth child. A year ago last February I actually weighed 130. I am happy to say that with steady effort I have lost 41 pounds and I am now at 189.4. I have discovered pea protien shakes and I am enjoying feeling healthy and losing weight while not feeling hungry. I am hoping to get down to 170 by summer. I am only 5 foot 3 inches-so my ideal weight is 130. Slow but sure wins the race is something I think of often.
