Good morning all-

past couple of days my legs have been SORE- too sore to work out kind of sore
so i listened to my body and waited- so this morning went for a walk 34 min 2 miles got the heart rate up, was out side, it felt great- its supposed to rain later so it was nice to enjoy the sun on my face.

i am gong to try and get in a work out later-

have a great weekend- and a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY !! to all you fellow moms out there.
