Friday date night so going out to dinner with my wife. I've got about 1000 calories to play with so that's certainly manageable.

Dinner was great, went to Applebee's and got the 2 for $20. Had salads as appetizers, there's a new menu item called Chicken Freshcado my wife got, excellent and 440 calories.
