Tuna/broccoli. Not so exciting.

Don't be too hard on yourself. The meal looks nutritious, low calorie and filling. If I can check those boxes, I consider it a win.

The right meal! So how did you cook the tuna steak and how long?

Thanks. Cooked Tuna in a non stick pan about 2-3 min each side with only pepper on it. Used balsamic vinegar as my “soy” sauce.
