84.3 kg insane 07 may it was 84.1 so its nearly the same else 1 kg extra what i have beeneating noodles 1 full paket 240gm adn then on lunch oly dinner 5 roti and curry vegetables and sleep .and insane amount of heat and all .want to be 71 kg like before.
