May 8th - Well, I can't say it has been easy. But, it has been strange. I dropped 30 lbs in the first month and now I am totally stuck . I can't seem to drop a lb no matter what I do. Oh well, that is ok because I have changed my eating habits. Basically this is what I am doing:

1. Eating three meals a day even when I don't feel like eating. It seems to stop the craving.
2. I eat 1,600 Calories a day - Normally less than 20 carbs a day.
3. I drink diet coke and coffee and water
4. I snack on sunflower seeds.

Doing this is seldom feel hungry

Well it says on your diet calendar, you ate poorly (not sure if it's one day or more) but that can stop weight loss. You also lost a huge amount in the first month, so maybe your body is taking time to readjust (that is huge amount). It could also be you are losing fat/inches and not seeing it on the scale yet. It could also be impatience. It's barely been a week of staying the same with some eating poorly. So go back to basics and make sure you are eating what you need to. Drink your water (important on low carb). Diet soda can impede weight loss in some studies (you might trying cutting it to one day). Make sure you are getting the veggies you are supposed to so you stay regular, lol! Be active! If you don't exercise and can, start. Even getting a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps a day is a great way to start. Stick with it, the scale will move again.
