my weight has been fluctuating since last week. I know I havent been eating the best. Stress eating for sure but I want to at least get back to 288.2 by Sunday. I will be fasting 18 hours for the next 2 days and going on walks each day. Determined to get to 283 by June 16th (my 27th birthday)
