Went to the gym with hubby today. He has a bad knee and ankle from an old football injury. He couldn't do the stationary bike, elliptical, or treadmill for very long. He did give some of the weight machines a try and for that I'm proud of him. He went to the raquetball court to hit the ball around until I was done in the gym. I did 10 min on the bike. The first five minutes, I had the energy level set to 1. Each minute after that, I increased the energy level by 1. I did the treadmill when I was done with the weight machines. I set it for 20 min because I knew I could do 20. I had the speed set at 2.5 mph and the incline at 0%. At 16 min., I increased the incline to 1% and at 17 min. I increased the incline to 2%. Guess what I did at about 17 and a half minutes?! I moved my arm and accidently hit the wire for the emergency stop!!!! I was almost done with the 20 minutes and then that happened! I was soooo p.o'd. My hubby kept laughing at me and telling me it was no big deal. To me it was a big deal because I had a good pace going at 2.5 mph and I f'd it up. Oh well, there's always Friday I suppose.

Tomorrow we're taking Jazmyn to the Livestock Show to see all the animals. The last time we took her was 2 yrs. ago. She loves animals and had a ball last time we went. I know I'll get some exercise walking around the place. After the Show we're going to go visit my FIL because he had his 2nd surgery this morning. If we make it back early enough, the three of us are going to go to the pool at the gym.

I'm hoping to do the Shred once hubby goes to bed. He's snoring away on the recliner right now because he hasn't slept very good the past few nights at the hospital.

Okay, I've rambled enough now. LOL

You sound very busy!!! Be careful at the gym ... no injuries due to emergency stops allowed!! LOL!!

LOL. You would have been laughing if you would've heard me when I accidentally hit the emergency stop cord! My hubby was, that's for sure.
