Gained 2lbs over the weekend. I'm no longer surprised by this though. The only good thing is that I could have binged, but I didn't. I actually tried to control it. Now if only I could maintain my weight through the weekend, I wouldn't have to fight so hard to lose what I put on; and could actually focus on getting to my goal weight without taking a few steps back first. Ugh. With that said, didn't work out for a couple of days. Allergies and a cold kept me from feeling my best. Usually I'd try to push through it, but this season attacked me like no other. Got back on track this morning though. Hoping I can get a little bit of cardio in this evening too. We'll see...
