I make fruit smoothies without dairy.I also have vegetable smoothies rich in green veggies - silverbeet, broccoli, tomato and half and avocado then whatever veggies I have in the fridge and use Campbell's vegetable stock as the fluid medium.
I have rolled oats for breakfast and make sure I have a small snack for mid morning and afternoon of a piece of fruit.
I don't have a sweet tooth and I don't eat any meat at all, nor do I have dairy as I'm vegan.
