I haven't recorded a journal entry in a very long time. I started a new job in January and I have been trying to adjust. I am very proud of myself because even though I fell off the food diary bandwagon, and I have been under a significant amount of stress, I still managed to stay under 160 and keep it there over the past couple months. I have been exercising regularly and eating a variety of foods all in moderation. I recently increased my exercise and managed to drop down to 152. I am 12 pounds from my goal, I hope to achieve 140 by July 4th.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
