My goals during these 12 weeks is to routinely exercise 30 minutes a day for a minimum of 3 days a week. If I can get in more, then that will be a bonus, but for now I am committing to 3 times a week.

I also hope to reduce my portion size with every meal.

My portion sizes are too big as well. I started tracking my portion sizes when I joined the site last week and I notice the difference already.

With having been sick last 2 weeks, my appetite has decreased considerably and I found it easier this time around to reduce those portions now that I am not sick. I am much more in tune with when I am 'satisfied' as opposed to 'full'. Seems to be working as I have lost weight already and it hasn't come back!!
