Feeling a bit off today. Still manage to exercise but omw the high intensity cardio was tough....could only do 15min

CIRCUIT TRAINING
15 Step ups ( 3kg each side)
12 Shoulder presses (4kg)
15 Crunches (5kg) added
REPEAT 3 X

15 Min high intensity cardio

On a good day, I want to keep going with my exercise, but I have to limit myself. I find that if I push myself too hard on exercise, then the next day I don't want to do it.
