I was soooo proud of myself. We went to the golden corral last night, and it's a buffet (most of you know that I'm sure). To make myself feel like I got up and ate alot, I did one plate salad, and then made a second plate of chicken and a sweet potato. No sweets or anything. The salad was WONDERFUL, but about half way through my second plate I started having tummy problems. Felt like a boulder in my stomach, and I was up all night going to the bathroom. Trust me when I say that's as much as you guys wanna know! I'm still feeling a little bit icky, so I don't think much will be eaten today. I think that while I was still eating right and such, the pure amount of food that I ate at one time overwhelmed me. I eat small meals....and all that at once was a bad idea.
