:( :( I didn't lose anything at my morning weigh-in! Thought this may happen. I cooked dinner for a friend last night. But only agreed to it if I can do it at her place and I didn't have to clean up. The Ribeye was delicious and the asparagus was delish! I learned how to make a mushroom sauce with red wine reduction and it was soo good. Fortunately I did not compound things by having a bunch of alcohol and a big desert but it's hard to pass off a nice ribeye and good company. I have to be in the 220's, even if it's 229.8 by Monday!!
Any tips or challenges that you'd like to share for the group?

And I bet the no loss thing was the meal not all the way through yet. The sauce sounds yummy. I weigh often, but I choose a weight when I am empty at the beginning of each month. The data is only meaningful to me on a month to month basis due to fluctuations that are normal…water, diet soda, etc. I weigh more often that that, I just do not buy in when it says I am up 3 pounds and I am on plan. In the end, I lose weight each MONTH. But day to day loss….not sure that is possible for most human beings! Whatever works for you- that is the right plan!

Stick with it, your chart is looking good and a Zero is a WIN given you had a nice meal :)

Yep, it sounds like you had a wonderful meal. I don't know how much water you drink but maybe up your water intake and lower your sodium. Avoid the weights before your last weigh-in (I hear your muscles when recovering retain more). But whatever you are doing it will balance out.

Maintaining is great, because daily weighing might sometimes show a gain, and since you haven't had any of those, that's awesome! I'm glad you enjoyed your rib-eye dinner with your friend :)
