Yes Penny! Definitely steal this. The baby spinach and kale work together with the "carrier" strawberries for calcium/magnese and better absorption of both. *Even easier to do in a (greens & berries smoothie), but salads are delicious too, and filling!! Takes work to chew it all -- plus makes a really pretty picture to share, haha.

Knicksfan, check out Volume Eating. The portion sizes are Huge. An example would be a green juice (spinach, blueberries, and strawberry protein powder with water), plus a big salad (2-3 cups of non starchy veggies: spring mix, red and green peppers, cucumber, scallion, sprouts, shredded red/green cabbage, etc tossed with homemade dressing -- easiest one is Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar with a little water. Add herbs if you like). All that BEFORE you eat a small 3oz steak OR chicken breast and 2 baby potatoes, asparagus OR brussel sprouts.. Track every ingredient. Weigh it. You'll get the hang of it. We're here for you!!!!!!!!
