Getting back to pre-vacay form now. Doing my IF and working towards my normal 16:8 :). I am busy today supporting my teenage daughter as she has a lot of assignments to get in. I have to print some home work she did early this morning and drop off at school at lunch time. I also have some running around to do as I need to start preparing my outdoor patio for summer .... getting a new outdoor rug and some deco cushions. Although it's foggy today I want to "will" the sun and warm weather into being now that it's May. I feel so much more motivated when the sun and warm weather is in play .... like super woman ... sort of. I also finally caved and bought some new clothes .... not much, just a couple of summer pieces that I feel I could wear even when I lose more weight. I hope all my FS friends have a great day!
