Waffles with blueberries & maple syrup▪︎Kentucky Legend Hickory smoked ham▪︎Watermelon, strawberries & mango (not pic.)▪︎ Coffee▪︎I let 1 tbsp. of syrup soak into the waffles....no butter....still moist & tasty

Lakanto makes a syrup maqde with monkfruit. The net carbs are just about zero and I like it. It’s use is also approved by several diabetic organization. I never pour syrup on my pancakes. I just dip a piece lightly into the syrup
