I am really hungry today but not sure if that is because I am so used to eating whatever ona whim and then peing pissed off later. I did really well last night and so far today, no cheating and by the time I got home and made dinner, I was full quickly and very satisfied. I keep thinking of my upcoming trip to myrtle Beach.............. sigh!

I think we all get those days, just don't beat yourself up too badly, lol... Trip to Myrtle Beach huh, sounds like fun but I know how you feel! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Just pick up where you left off and you'll be good! :)
