After a hectic day of house cleaning and cooking for my family I manage to sqeeze in a bit of training.

15 reps - plie squat (6kg)
12 reps - concentrating dumbell curl (5kg)
20 reps - swissball crunches (3kg)
Repeat 3x

Its so hard to get back into fitness when haven't been that active for a while. I start off slowly and will build up as I get fitter. We can do it.
