Starting to see a trend...if I don’t weigh daily, I have a tendency to go up.🤔 Daily weigh in it is! Anyone else? TGIF...have an amazing one!

Yep, I do daily weigh-ins too for the same reasons!

I do much better with daily weigh-ins. When I weighed in weekly, I had the tendency to fudge early in the week thinking I had time to make up for it later. Daily weigh-ins show me the results of my efforts right away, which keeps me encouraged when I do well, and makes me try harder when I don't.

I do weigh in daily. =) My weight fluctuates a lot and I'm interested in building trend lines, which is easier to do with more data points. 😁

Great idea! I normally weigh twice a week. once at the beginning of the week and at the end. But I do need to weigh in daily.

@morgan: it’s the only way I seem to stay on the downhill slide. Otherwise I’m like @lonnie said: I fudge then try to make up for it.
