It's a sad day when one realises that 4am bedtimes are no fun! Sat on couch nursing aching limbs and a 'mild' hangover. The midday lie-in certainly helped. Trying to be honest about the alchohol intake but to be fair, not sure about the pints of cider. Hehe, I'll go for a guesstimate of 6 halfs.

It's a good thing that I knew it was going to be a blow-the-food/drink intake at the Avonmouth Old Boys RFC dinner and dance, so I got some serious exercise points during the day. The bonus was 2-3 hours dancing to the early hours plus the walk around the villiage escorting teenage girls safely home.

Target for the day is 6 miles on de stationary bike to top up my week two challenge of the iron(wo)man. After de Bath v Wasps game!
