ughh I can't get my weight down. I try cutting calories, watching macros, working out, intermittent fasting. I have PCOS and take my proper supplements and yet the scale isn't changing. I don't know what to do!

Don’t give up! I understand your chagrin.... I have tried keto, and all the rest without any success. This is my first try at strictly counting calories. Just don’t give up, something will click I promise.

Thank you, its just so difficult. I've tried keto as well I just can't seem to find any success in what I do. It's so defeating.
