I'm back! I haven't been eating properly forever. Stress, stress, and more stress!!! Just this past week on Monday I started back on Weight Watchers. Hopefully, I can stick with it this time. I've done this so many times...lose, gain, lose, gain, lose, gain...a vicious cycle. This time I have some friends attempting to lose with me. We're meeting one day a week to weigh in, walk, and chitchat. We'll see how it goes.
