Janapp's Journal, 26 April 2014

I have been on fatsecret for at least 2 years. I realised that losing weight is very hard, specially if one is not cooking everything from scratch. What I learned so far is that the real secret is never to put any more weight on - because losing any tinny bit of weight is very hard. I weight myself on a daily basis, and sometimes I find out that in just one day I put on 2kg after a barbecue, which is scary. I also found out that expensive cosmetic/beauty therapies will burn the 2kg off, but so will sex, which is why I no longer pay for beauty treatments. Since two weeks ago I "food process" almost everything which I eat (with a food processor of course), and that has proved excellent for maintaining my weight at just under 67kg. I seriously do not know what the formula for losing weight below the "set point" is, but I suppose it has to do with never ever eating certain foods like: cakes, cookies, crisps, ice cream, pizzas; and always decreasing alcohol intake, and eating less and less everytime owing to our natural aging process.
