Frustrated! Seems I've hit a plataeu. Guess I need to go back to recording. Also planning on adding some exercise (to date loss has been all by diet). Feel good about what I've lost but been stuck fluctuating between 238 & 243 for about 2 weeks. I know i'm not drinking enough water and need to record to see daily intake (it may actually be too low). Been super busy at work and been relying on bars for breakfast. My go back to induction phase to kick it back in gear!

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 February 2011:
1321 kcal Fat: 98.84g | Prot: 88.80g | Carb: 25.80g.   Breakfast: diet coke, Egg. Lunch: Kens Creamy caesar, black olives, parmasan grated cheese, olive oil,  tilapia, plum tomato, radish, feta cheese, Baby Spinach, lettuce romaine. Dinner: hardees low carb burger. Snacks/Other: water, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, water. more...
