My abs were last seen in public in 1984. I know they’re lurking there somewhere beneath the spare tire which I’ve been dragging around for nearly 25 years. It’s never too late for new goals so here we go. For now I will just stay laser-focused on maintaining the 1,500 calorie daily limit. Combined with regular exercise - both strength and endurance - I will be closer every day to finding my long lost abs.

Yesterday 1560 calories, 3 mile run, 45 minute legs, core & arm workout. Body fat percentage 26%.
