Cardio: 45 mins to 1.5 hrs. (Elliptical, walking, light jogging) Usually I will go to the gym in the mid-morning and a walk in the evening. Abs: 300 reps total, random exercises (crunches, flutter kicks, side bends/twists with 5 or 10 lb weights)

3/4th a bottle of the Odwalla Superfruit throughout the day (840 cal) 25 almonds (170 cal) 2 small apples (90 cal total) 4-6 lettuce leafs (30 cal total) 64 oz. water 1 or 2 black coffee's, use Stevia or Truvia if you need sweetener

Sleep is important, I try to not eat after 8pm and fall asleep usually by 10, wake up at 8am. Being on night shifts, this is more difficult for me.
