So I took off four days from following my eating plan. I had always decided to because I had a weekend of four family birthdays, 14,15,16,17 May.
Observations. Eating carbs makes me hungry 😂 it’s much harder to say no to seconds of cake. I find myself definitely thinking about food more.
I enjoyed the cake and the break but I’m definitely ready to be back on my eating plan. Within 20 minutes of eating cake and things with sugar/gluten my throat feels gummy and tight and within about three hours I have cramps and struggled with stomach pains/bloating/running tummy.
My heart palpitations are definitely way worse on carbs.
Next planned Ketosis break will be a few months away.
