I don't know what is with me lately... My relationship towards food seems like one day just flipped on me. I don't think about eating all the time anymore.. actually I keep FORGETTING to eat. Nothing really sounds all that good, and I only want to eat because my stomach is growling. I know I need to be eating more than I have been, but being stuck at work so much the past few weeks I haven't been able to eat normally and my workout schedule is gone right now. I haven't been eating badly though.. just not enough. + I haven't been entering it in here either. MUST GET BACK TO THAT! I'm still loosing weight, but not the way I want to.
(this journal is just documentation to myself of whats going on right now with me lol, so if it sounds like a bunch of rambles, forgive me. lol)

Hey girl, I hope everything is okay. :) Be sure that, even with all the working, you're taking some time for yourself during the day. Just a few minutes of "me time" can really help you fell more focused and ready. Maybe more snacking at work will help get your calories up?

I do the same thing all day which has really been hurting me, cause i remember to eat it all at night. You can get back on track, im gonna get right back with you. Godd luck!
