Apparently I have developed an obsession with pork rinds... Maybe it's because it's the only crunchy food I can eat right now. What do the rest of you Atkins people eat to satisfy the "crunch" need? I eat pickles, too. My favorite is the sugar free bread and butter spears from Kroger. But I can't seem to find anything to satisfy that salty crunchy goodness that comes from a Dorito or bowl of popcorn... Oh Doritos...how I miss thee!!!!
