Curious... I am continuing to watch my calorie intake and make healthy choices ( which is starting to feel a little obsessive to me) and I can see in my face and notice my clothes fitting a little lose but the numbers on the scale went up consistently this whole week 🤦♀️ Is that normal??? If it were only me seeing a difference I would think it was wishful thinking or my imagination but I have had 3 people ask me if I’m losing weight. This is so frustrating!!! I am trusting God and the process though. Hopefully soon the numbers will catch up. Enjoy your weekend! Be blessed!!!

If you have been exercising, then building muscle (while losing fat) will keep the scale the same. Muscle is more dense than fat, so clothing fits looser, but your weight is steady! Just keep on going!

There are many reasons why weight will fluctuate on a scale. =) In addition to muscle, fluid/hydration status and gut content (eg how much of what you ate is still sitting in your tube =)) can all contribute! But at the end of the day, the scale is just a tool. It has its uses, but if you are seeing the changes, then that's what truly matters.

Are you lifting weights at the same time? If you are you might also be gaining muscle, which is awesome!! So that might be it. Looks like someone else said that.
