I weighed in an extra day early, so my official weekly weight is 189.8! In the 180s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My latest success is slow - but oh yeah, so amazing. Hubby and I have really gotten into a good rhythm that makes it go pretty easily. I will be on vacation for 2 weeks starting Sunday... my goal is to prohibit a weight gain of more than 5 pounds. Actually, I'm going to try and maintain - but it will be hard when I'm not preparing food for 42 consecutive meals.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1275 kcal Fat: 42.92g | Prot: 60.90g | Carb: 175.60g.   Breakfast: Banana, Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Cinnamon & Spice, Half and Half Cream, Caffe Americano (Tall). Lunch: Bread Stick w/ Cheese, Diet Coke, Mandarin Oranges, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Honey Ginger, Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner: Egg Drop Soup, White Rice, Tempura Sauce, Shrimp Tempura. Snacks/Other: Cherry Tomatoes. more...

I'll be in TX for a work conference for 5 days, then traveling the island of Ireland for 9 days. It should be a great trip!
