Ugh walked in the room with my wedding dress hanging there a reminder I need to get in shape by September. My dress fits now but I'm not happy with me... My loving fiance love me for the way I am and thinks Im sexy but hard to think that when I don't feel that way. I need modivation to work out at night. Wish it was warmer out so I could take the day care kids outside walking with me. I think I have the eating healthy down. I don't go over the RDI in calories but I'm not seeing anything leaving the waste line yet or the scale for that matter. Anyone have any good work out ideas I can do at home. I live in a small town and the only gym here is only open till 5pm and I work till 6:30 pm. Any ideas and help please send my way!
