I see people trying all different kinds of diets on here and other sites. But I feel like if I loose weight on a diet that I am struggling to follow, I will get tired of it and probably gain it back. My plan is still eating the foods I like with some changes. No soda, no fried foods (I am a southern girl so this is hard), no junk food and less sugar. For me it is mostly about portion control and counting calories. But not letting my eating consume my life. So far I am down 3 pounds in a week and I don't feel deprived at all other than soda. This was a huge deal to me but my intense cravings have passed.
