So day 1 is drawing to a close. Just thought I would enter a few thoughts. I've never journaled anything before, so maybe this will help me stay committed to this journet. And maybe help someone else!! Today was ok, diet just ok. Pretty plain. Exercise was just some treadmill. I work tomorrow and always seem to eat better since I'm not bored. Check in tomorrow!!
